We are manufacturer and professional in producing various kinds of tissue products.

Do you have any certificate or test report?

We have passed ISO9001:2008 certification. We have test report of RoHs standard which covers the area of heavy metal, Chemical component and bacteria etc. We have SGS, ITS test report of European food contact standard.

Do you have dedicated personnel managing factory’s social compliance?

We are Sedex member. We proceed Sedex social ethical audit every year.

How long does a standard delivery take?

20-25days.

How can I get the most competitive price?

Please send us the email and provide as much detail specifications as possible. Like napkin size, material, weight, ply, package, printing, quantity etc. The more detail information, the more accurate we can quote you the price.

What Can I do if I cannot provide such detail specifications?

Please send us the information as much as you know. We will make a price for your reference which based on our experience. If you really have no idea of the specs, please try to find some photos of the products.

Can I get samples?

Yes. We can send you sample for free, but the freight is on your account.

Can you make sample according to my own specifications?

Yes. We can. But there is sample charge between USD100.00 to USD300.00.

Is the sample charge refundable?

Yes. We will deduct the sample charge from your order.

How long does it take to make sample?

It’s about 10 to 15days.

What’s the production lead time?

It depends on the quantity. It varies from 10 to 35days.
